I drank a lot of water today....Maybe because of the weather which is so hot...
Tomorrow I plan to DETOX for the next three days...My weight is stuck at 73.4...Everyday i weigh myself....DETOX might help me to shed perhaps 3kg :)...Hopefully
Since i feel full after drinking the soya with barley...i didn't take Shake for Lunch...
Dinner @ 5.00 pm- 2 Scoop of Cappu + 1 Scoop Protein + 250ml H20
