30th September 2010--->Day 185

I am back to track today onwards, and will hold to it till i achieve my goal...:D chaiyukk chaiyukk

Before breakfast @ 8.30 am- 1 Liter H20

Breakfast @ 9.30 - Subway Tuna Sandwich- Honey Oat Bread, with all vegetable, mustard, chili and thousand island.

In Between - 500 ml Warm Tea Mix
