1st September 2010--->Day 187

Before Breakfast @6.00 am - 500ml Warm Tea Mix, 500ml H20

Breakfast @ 9.30 am - 2 Scoop of Cappu + 1Scoop of Protein +250ml H20

In Between - 500ml Tea Mix , 1.5L H20

Lunch @ 1.00pm - Tuna Croissant

In Between -500ml Tea Mix , 1.5 L H20

Dinner @ 7.00 pm - 2 Scoop of Cappu + 1 Scoop of Protein + 250ml H20

In Between - 1.5L H20


Now have to ZzzZZZzz...Tomorrow there is RPM...
