Before Breakfast @ 6.30am - 500ml Warm Tea Mix , 500ml H20

Breakfast @ 8.30 am - 2 scoop of Cappu + 1 Scoop of Protein + 250 ml H20

In Between - 500 ml Warm Tea Mix, 1.5L H20

Lunch @ 12.30 pm - 1 Thosai with Milo Panas

In Between - 500ml Tea Mix, 1.5L H20

Dinner @ 7.00 pm - 2 Scoop of Cappu + 1 Scoop of Protein +250 ml H20

In Between- 1L H20
