Before Breakfast- 500ml H20

Breakfast @ 9.00- 2 Scoop of Cappu + 1 Scoop of Protein + 250ml H20

In between- 500ml Tea Mix , 500 ml H20

Lunch @ 1.00pm - 2 Scoop of Cappu + 1 Scoop of Protein + 250ml H20

In between- 500ml Tea Mix , 1l H20

Dinner @ 8.00 pm- 1/3 spaghetti + 1/3 fish + 1/3 veges + 1/4 chicken

In between- 500ml Tea Mix , 1l H20
