Breakfast @ 9.30am - 2 Scoop of Cappu + 1 Scoop of Protein + 250ml H20

In Between - 500ml Tea Mix , 1l H20

Lunch @1.30 pm - Tuna Croissant

In Between - 500ml Tea Mix , 1l H20

Dinner @7.00 pm - 2 Scoop of Cappu + 1 Scoop of Protein + 250ml H20

In Between - 1l H20
