Breakfast @9.00am -2 Scoop of F1 + 1 Scoop of Protein + 250 ml H20

In Between - 500ml Tea Mix , 1L H20

Lunch @ 12.00 pm- Subway Breakfast Set with Coffee
Bread - Parmesan Oregano
Filing- Tuna with all Veges
Sauce- Mustard, Chili and Thousand Island

In Between - 500ml Tea Mix, 1.5L H20

Dinner @7.00pm- Organic Fried Rice

In Between - 1L H20
