Before Breakfast- 500 ml Tea Mix

Breakfast @ 8.30- 2 Scoop of Cappu + 1 Scoop of Protein + 250 ml H20

In Between- 500ml Tea Mix , 1.5 l H20

Lunch @ 2.00pm- 1/3rice + 1/3 Veges + 1/3 Chicken

In Between - 500ml Tea Mix , 1l H20

Dinner@ Hokkien Mee-- Gathering with friends

In Between - 1L H20
