In Between- 500ml Tea Mix, 1.5 liter H20
Dinner @ 5.30 pm- 2 scoop of Cappu + 1 Scoop Protein + 250 ml H20
In Between- 500ml Tea Mix, 1.5 liter H20
I lost about 1.5 kg in two days
