12th July 2010---Day 135



Before Breakfast @ 6.15am- 500ml Tea Mix + 500ml H20

Breakfast @ 9 am- 2 Scoop of Cappu + 1 Scoop Protein + 250ml H20

In Between- 500ml TeaMix, 1.5l H2O

Lunch@ 12.45pm- Tuna Croissant + Blueberry Cheese Tart + 1 pcs Nenas

In Between- 500ml Tea Mix, 1.5 Liter H20
Dinner @ 7pm- 2 Scoop of Cappu + 1 Scoop Protein + 250ml H20

In Between- 750ml H20
