17th July 2010---> Day 140

Breakfast @ 9.15am - 2 Scoop of Cappu + 1 Scoop of Protein +250ml H20

In Between- 500ml Warm Tea Mix + 500ml H20

Lunch @ 2.15- Nasi Ayam

In Between- 500ml Warm Tea Mix + 1.5l H20

Dinner @ 8pm - 2 Scoop of Choco + 1 Scoop of Protein +250ml H20

In Between- 500ml Warm Tea Mix + 500ml H20

  1. hye khejes...ehehehe...i dah 2 hari tak beberapa cantik my calendar...friday n thursday took shake morning onLy.. the rest normal Meal..hehehe.... however that normal meal was still in a right portion..[i hope soo..hehehe]...
    but today, manage to back on track..n tomorrow im hoping the same..hehehe...n You?..i think next month i need to take F1 together with F3...my looses start to slow down..aiyo...i guess its time to take F1 & F3 next month..hehehe
