Before Breakfast- 500ml Tea Mix

Breakfast @ 9.30 am- 2 Scoop of Cappu + 1 Scoop of Protein + 250 ml H20

In Between -500ml Tea Mix , 1.5L H20

Lunch @1.30pm- Dry Curry Chicken Noodles

In Between -500ml Tea Mix , 1L H20

Dinner @ 7.30pm - 1/3 Mee Hun

In Between -500ml Tea Mix , 1L H20
