Before Breakfast -500ml H20

Breakfast @9.30 am - 2 Scoop of Cappu + 1 Scoop of Protein + 250 ml H20

In Between - 500 ml Tea Mix , 1 L H20

Lunch - Laksa Mee Hun

In Between - 500 ml Tea Mix , 1 L H20

Dinner @ 7pm- 2 Scoop of Choco + 1 Scoop of Protein + 250 ml H20

In Between-1.5l H20
