2nd July 2010---> Day 125

Before Breakfast: 500ml warm Tea mix

Breakfast: 2 scoop F1-Tropical Fruit + 1 scoop Protein + 250 mlwater

In between: 500ml Tea Mix + 1l Plain Water

Lunch: Pan Mee Soup

In Between: 500ml Tea Mix + 1l Plain Water

Dinner: 2 scoop F1-Dutch Choco+ 1 scoop Protein + 250 mlwater

Before Bed: 1l plain water
