Breakfast@ 10.00am -2 Scoop of Choco + 1 Scoop Protein + 250ml H20
In Between- 500ml Tea Mix, 1.5 liter H20, Barley cook with Soya.
Since i feel full after drinking the soya with barley...i didn't take Shake for Lunch...
Dinner @ 5.00 pm- 2 Scoop of Cappu + 1 Scoop Protein + 250ml H20
In Between- 500ml Tea Mix + 1.5 Liter H2O
