6th July 2010---> Day 129

I am feeling good to day after my morning workouts...

Before Breakfast @6.30 am - 500ml Warm Tea Mix , 1Liter Plain Water

Breakfast @9.15 am- 1 Scoop of Tropical Fruit + 1 Scoop of Cappu + 1Scoop of Protein + 250 ml Plain Water

In Between- 500ml Warm Tea Mix + 1Liter Plain Water


Lunch @ 1.15pm - Vegetarian Lunch- 1/3 Rice+ Veges + Vegetarian Lunch



In Between- 500ml Warm Tea Mix + 500ml Plain Water

Dinner : 2 Scoop of Cappu + 1Scoop of Protein + 250 ml Plain Water

In Between : 1Liter of Plain Water
