Breakfast @ 9 am- 2 Scoop of Cappu + 1 Scoop Protein + 250ml H20
In Between- 500ml Tea Mix + 1Liter H20
Lunch @ 12.30pm- 1/3 Rice , Veges, Fake Vege Meats
In Between- 500ml Tea Mix + 500ml H20
Dinner @7pm - 2 Scoop of Choco + 1 Scoop Protein + 250ml H20
In Between - 1lH20
