Yeah!!!! Another energetic day!!!! You can Khejes...Go Go GO!!!


Before Breakfast @6 am- 500ml warm Tea Mix , 500ml H2O

Breakfast @ 9.30 am- 2 scoop F1-Cappu + 1 scoop Protein + 250ml H2O

Inbetween- 500ml Tea Mix, 1 liter H2O



Lunch@12.45 pm - Subway Roasted Chicken


In Between- 500ml Warm Tea Mix , 1.5liter H20

Dinner@ 7pm- 2 Scoop of Cappu + 1 Scoop Protein + 250 ml H2O

In Between- 1.5 Litter H20

Banyaknya air aku minum....huhuhu
