11th July 2010---> Day 134

Before Breakfast- 500ml H20

Breakfast @8am- 2 Toast + Black Coffee

In Between - 1.5l H20 + 2 IKO Biscuits

Lunch @2pm- 1/3 Rice+ Fish + Veges

In Between - 1.5 H20

Dinner @ 7pm- 2 Scoop of Dutch Choco + 1 Scoop of Protein + 250ml H20 Plain Water

Before Bed - 500ml H20
