10th July 2010--->Day 133

Breakfast @9.30 am- 2 scoop of Cappu + 1 scoop of Protein + 250 ml Plain Water

In Between- 500ml Tea Mix , 1.5 Liter Plain Water

Lunch @12.45pm- 2 scoop of Cappu + 1 scoop of Protein + 250 ml Plain Water

In Between- 500ml Tea Mix , 1.5 Liter H2o

Dinner @ 6pm- 1/2 Rice + Chicken Kurma + Chicken Sambal + Veges



Before Bed- 500 ml Tea Mix + 500 ml H20
