1st August 2010---> Day 155

Breakfast @ 8.oo am - 1 small cup black coffee + Toast

In Between - 500ml Tea Mix, 1lH20

Lunch @ 2pm- 1/3 rice + 1/3 Prawn Sambal + Veges

In Between - 500ml Tea Mix, 1lH20 , 2 pcs of Goreng Pisang

Dinner @ 7.00pm- Some Mcd French Fries + 1/2 Mcd Chicken Burger

In Between- 500ml H20
