Before Breakfast @6.30 am- 500ml Tea Mix , 500 ml H20

Breakfast @ 9.30am - 2 Scoop of Cappu + 1 Scoop Protein + 250ml H20

In Between - 500ml Tea Mix , 2l H20

Lunch- 1/2 Wan Tan Mee with Chicken

In Between - 500ml Tea Mix , 2l H20

Dinner @7pm - 2 Scoop of Cappu + 1 Scoop Protein + 250ml H20

In Between - 500ml Tea Mix , 1.5l H20
