23th August 2010---> Day 177

Breakfast@ 9.30 am- 2 Scoop of Cappuccino + 1 Scoop of Protein +250 ml H20

In between -500ml Warm Tea Mix + 500 ml H20

Lunch @ 1pm - Nasi Ayam
In between -500ml Warm Tea Mix + 1.5L H20

Dinner @ 6.30 pm- 1 Kaya Bun + Dutch Lady Chocolate Milk

In between -500ml Warm Tea Mix + 1L H20

It is time for me to sleep. Need to wake up early tomorrow so that can join RPM....
