2nd September 2010---> Day 188

Before Breakfast @ 8.30 am - 500 ml H20

Breakfast @9.30 am- 2 Scoop of Cappu + 1 Scoop of Protein + 250ml H20

In Between- 500ml Tea Mix, 1.5L H20

Lunch @ 1.30 pm - Rojak

In Between -500ml Tea Mix , 1L H20

Dinner @ 7.30 pm- 2 Scoop of Cappu + 250 ml H20

In Between- 1.5L H20
