Before Breakfast @ 7.30am - 500ml H20


Breakfast @ 8.30am- 2 sc. F1 +1 sc. Protein + 1tsp. Psyllium husk + 250ml H20


In Between - 500ml Tea Mix , 1.5L H20


Lunch @1.30 pm-Garlic Bread with Mushroom Soup + 2 Stuff Chicken Wing + Papaya + Chrysanthemum Tea


In Between- 1L Tea Mix, 1.5L H20


Dinner @- 2 sc. F1 +1 sc. Protein + 1tsp. Psyllium husk + 250ml H20


In Between- 500ml Tea Mix, 1.5L H20
