Breakfast @ 9.00am- Small Pack of Nasi Lemak

In Between - 500ml Tea Mix , 2L H20

Lunch @2.00pm-2 sc. F1 +1 sc. Protein + 1tsp. Psyllium husk + 250ml H20

In Between- 1L H20, 1 Small Cheese Tart

Dinner - 1 Glass of Teh Tarik - Went out for visiting

In Between- 500mL H20

  • No Workouts
  • Very Bad Breakfast....Did not take dinner... I left the Tea Mix in the office :(
  • My target of the month to lose 4 kg....
