Before Breakfast @ 7.15am - 500ml Tea Mix

Breakfast @ 8.45am- 2 sc. F1 +1 sc. Protein + 1tsp. Psyllium husk + 250ml H20

In Between - 500ml Tea Mix , 1.5L H20

Lunch @1.30pm-2 sc. F1 +1 sc. Protein + 1tsp. Psyllium husk + 250ml H20

In Between- 500ml Tea Mix, 1.5L H20

Dinner @7.00pm - 1/2Rice + Sardine Sambal + Herbal Soup

In Between- 500ml Tea Mix, 1.5L H20
