Before Breakfast @ 7.30am - 500ml Tea Mix, 500 ml H20

Breakfast @ 9.00am- 2 sc. F1 +1 sc. Protein + 1tsp. Psyllium husk + 250ml H20

In Between - 500ml Tea Mix , 1.5L H20

Lunch @12.00pm-2 sc. F1 +1 sc. Protein + 1tsp. Psyllium husk + 250ml H20

In Between- 500ml Tea Mix, 1.5L H20

Dinner @8.00pm - 1/4 Nasi Lemak + 1/4 Mee Goreng

In Between- 500ml Tea Mix, 1L H20
