Breakfast: 2 Scoop of Tropical Fruit+ 1 Scoop of Whey Protein- Cosway 250ml Plain Water

Lunch: 1/2 Rice+ Fish + Veges


In Between: 500ml Plain Water


Dinner: Mee Hoon Goreng + 500 ml Tea Mix ......
