Before Breakfast: 500 ml Tea Mix + 500 ml Plain Water

Breakfast: 2 Scoop of Tropical Fruit+ 1 Scoop of Whey Protein- Cosway 250ml Plain Water
500 ml Tea Mix

In Between : 1l Plain Water

Lunch: Thosai + Nescafe

In Between: 500ml Tea Mix + 500ml Plain Water

Dinner: 1 cup of Milo+ 500 ml Tea Mix ......

In Between: 500ml Plain Water
