In Between: 500ml teamix + 1l plain water
Lunch: Vege Lunch- 1/4 rice + tempeh + Veges + Tong Hun
In Between: 500 ml teamix + 1l plain water
Dinner: 2scoop of F1- Choco Dutch + 1 scoop of Protein + 250 ml water
In Between : 1l plain water
