Breakfast @ 8.00 am - 2Scoop of Choco + 1Scoop Protein + 250ml H20( My Dutch Choco Finish dy)

In Between - 500 ml Tea Mix, 1L H20, 2 Toast

Lunch @ 2.30 pm- 1/3 Rice, 1/3 Veges, 1/3 Veges Meat

In Between - 500ml Tea Mix, 1L H20

Dinner @8.30 pm-2 Toast

In Between - 500ml Tea Mix, 1L H20
