Lunch @ 1.00 pm - Curry Pan Mee (Very Bad Lunch) , Ribena Longan
In Between - 500ml Warm Tea Mix , 1.5H20
Dinner @7.30 - 2 Scoop of F1 + 1 Scoop of Protein + 250 ml H20
In Between - 500ml warm Tea Mix, 1.5H20
Supper @ 10.30pm - 1 small glass of Nestum :D

Workout @ 6.30am - 30 minutes on Treadmill (Burns 331 calories), 20 minutes on Cross trainer (Burns 121 calories), Sit Ups - 20 x 3reps and 15 minutes Sauna
I sweat a lot today .... Good for me, it is a significance that i am burning my fats :D
Need to sleep now, tomorrow is my favorite workout class which is RPM....I will write more on that soon...I just love to attend RPM esp. on Tuesday morning...
