Before Breakfast @ 6.30am- 500ml Tea Mix, 1L H20

Breakfast @ 9.00 am - 2Scoop of F1+ 1 Scoop of Protein + 250 ml H20

In Between- 500ml Tea Mix, 1.5L H20

Lunch @ 12.30pm - Nasi Goreng Mamak

In Between- 500ml Tea Mix, 1.5L H20

Dinner - 2Scoop of F1+ 1 Scoop of Protein + 250 ml H20

In Between- 500ml Tea Mix, 500mL H20

  1. H20 5L???????????...good!..i skrg busy catch up my werk seyyy..nak lepas 2 liter pun susah..huhuhu...esok kena cuba lg..cuba top up lbh H20..ni stock HBL dah abis..huhu..br order...hOpe sampai minggu ni..next week..1st NovemBer ley sTart back..
