In Between - 500 ml Tea Mix, 1.5L H20

Lunch @ 1.30 pm- 1 Chapathi

In Between - 500ml Tea Mix, 1.5L H20

Dinner @7.15 pm-2Scoop of Cappu + 1Scoop Protein + 250ml H20

In Between - 500ml Tea Mix, 1L H20
