Upon waking up- 250 ml H20

Before Breakfast @ 6.30 am- 500ml Tea Mix and 500ml H20

Breakfast @ 9.00 am - 2Scoop of Cappu + 1Scoop Protein + 250ml H20

In Between - 500 ml Tea Mix, 1.5L H20

Lunch @ 1.30 pm-1 Thosai

In Between - 500ml Tea Mix, 1L H20

Dinner @7.15 pm-2Scoop of Cappu + 1Scoop Protein + 250ml H20

In Between - 500ml Tea Mix, 1L H20
