Before Breakfast: 500 ml Tea Mix + 1000 ml Plain Water


Breakfast: 2 Scoop of Cappu+ 1 Scoop of Whey Protein- Cosway250ml Plain Water 500 ml Tea Mix


In Between : 1L Plain Water


Lunch: Vietnamese Chicken Chop Mong




In Between: 1.5L Plain Water


Dinner: 2Scoop of Cappu + 1 Scoop of Whey Protein- Cosway250ml Plain Water 500 ml Tea Mix ......1.5l Plain Water
