14th May 2010---> Day 75

Before Breakfast: 500 ml Tea Mix + 1000 ml Plain Water

Breakfast: 2 Scoop of Tropical Fruit+ 1 Scoop of Whey Protein- Cosway250ml Plain Water 500 ml Tea Mix

In Between : 1L Plain Water

Lunch: Mushroom fried brown rice- This fried rice is a healthy one. All those veges are organic.



In Between: 1.5L Plain Water

Dinner: 2Scoop of Tropical Fruit + 1 Scoop of Whey Protein- Cosway250ml Plain Water 500 ml Tea Mix ......1.5l Plain Water
