21st April 2010----> Day 52

Breakfast: 2 Scoop of Dutch Choco+ 1 Scoop of Whey Protein- Cosway
250ml Plain Water 500 ml Tea Mix
In Between : 2L Plain Water
Lunch: 1/3 Nasi Goreng + Mix Vege + Asam Pesas Ikan + Orange Juice + 500 ml tea mix
In Between: 1.5L Plain Water
Dinner: 2Scoop of Cappu + 1 Scoop of Whey Protein- Cosway
250ml Plain Water 500 ml Tea Mix
