Before Breakfast: 500ml Tea Mix and 1L Plain Water


Breakfast: 2 Scoop of Cappucino+ 1 Scoop of Whey Protein- Cosway + 250ml Plain Water 500 ml Tea Mix

In Between: 2 Liter of Plain Water

Lunch: Subway- My Fav
