Day 30


Before Breakfast: 500ml Tea Mix and 1L Plain Water

Breakfast: 2 Scoop of Tropical Fruit + 1 Scoop of Whey Protein- Cosway + 250ml Plain Water 500 ml Tea Mix

In Between: 2 Liter of Plain Water


Lunch: Pan Mee Curry Chicken + 500 ml Tea Mix

My lunch


In Between: 2 Liter of Plain Water

Dinner: 2 Scoop of Tropical Fruit + 1 Scoop of Whey Protein- Cosway + 250ml Plain Water 500 ml Tea Mix
