Before Breakfast: 1 teaspoon PH + ACD
30minutes later
Breakfast: 250ml H20+2 Scoop of Cappu + 1 Scoop of Protein + 1 teaspoon PH
In between : 250ml Tea Mix + 1l H20
Lunch:
Papa Rich Nasi Lemak + White Coffee
In between: 500ml Tea Mix+ 1L H20
Dinner: Burger Ramli
In between: 500ml Tea Mix+ 500ml H20
Jogging
