Day 3- Getting Better

Before Breakfast: 1 teaspoon PH + ACD

30minutes later


Breakfast: 250ml H20+2 Scoop of Cappu + 1 Scoop of Protein + 1 teaspoon PH

In between : 250ml Tea Mix + 1l H20

Lunch: Mee Hun 7-Eleven


In between: 500ml Tea Mix+ 1L H20

Dinner: Nasi Lemak--- SO BAD

In between: 500ml Tea Mix+ 500ml H20

No Exercise!
