Before Breakfast: 1 teaspoon PH + ACD

Breakfast: 250ml H20+2 Scoop of Cappu + 1 Scoop of Protein + 1 teaspoon PH

In between : 250ml Tea Mix + 1l H20

Lunch: Brown Rice Porridge + Veges + Tauhu


In between: 500ml Tea Mix+ 1L H20

Dinner: Little Bit Nasi Goreng + 2 Idli with Dhal

In between: 500ml Tea Mix+ 1L H20

No Exercise!
