Day 2- Struggling

Before Breakfast: 1 teaspoon PH + ACD

30minutes later


Breakfast: 250ml H20+2 Scoop of Cappu + 1 Scoop of Protein + 1 teaspoon PH

In between : 250ml Tea Mix + 500 ml H20

Lunch: Brown Rice Porridge + Veges + Potato


In between: 500ml Tea Mix+ 1L H20

Dinner: My boss treat us Korean Food :)
