Lunch@12.45 pm - Subway Roasted Chicken
In Between- 500ml Warm Tea Mix , 1.5liter H20
Dinner@ 7pm- 2 Scoop of Cappu + 1 Scoop Protein + 250 ml H2O
In Between- 1.5 Litter H20
