Lunch @12.45- 1/3 Rice+ Chicken + Veges
In Between - 500 ml Warm Tea Mix + 1L Plain Water
Dinner @ 7pm- 2 Scoop of F1-Cappu +1 Scoop of Protein + 250 ml Plain Water
In Between- 1Liter Plain Water
