My Food Journal for the day....
Before Breakfast: 250ml H20 mixed with ACD and PH
30min later @ 9.15amBreakfast: 250ml H20+2 Scoop of Cappu + 1 Scoop of Protein + 1 teaspoon PH
In between : 250ml Tea Mix + 500 ml H20

Lunch: Vegetable Soup + Grilled Chicken with sour cream + Veges
In between : 250ml Tea Mix + 1l H20

Dinner: 250ml H20+2 Scoop of Cappu + 1 Scoop of Protein + 1 teaspoon PH
In between : 250ml Tea Mix + 500 ml H20
No Exercise
