Today is the 3rd day of 2011. I think it's never to late for me to list down my 2011 RESOLUTIONSHere is the list.
- TO meet my target on to a better body within 8 month. Deadline is important for me...
- To keep f0od journal - Eat Moderately
- Exercise regularly -I am addicted to Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred workouts....I just love her abs...

- In order to get this from my fiance .... I have to work hard to achieve my goals....It's kinda motivating me....:D
